Sales Executive Position

This position offers a rewarding experience working with all critical aspects of high profile client subscriber databases and e-mail broadcast projects at Opt In Plus, Inc. Duties and Responsibilities
- Gain extensive familiarity with all Opt In Plus product lines, advantages and selling points.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and generate new business and relationships.
- Manage high profile clientele.
- Manage a sales force.
- Coordination among multiple company departments including data administrators and client services to achieve successful results while remaining responsive to individual customer needs under competing timelines.
Requirements
- Strong Background in Internet Media Sales (3+ years).
- A successful candidate will have 3+ years experience in Marketing, preferably a degree in the same field; opt-in e-mail and co-registration related experience is a real plus, as is experience with high dollar sales.
- Solid References are a must.
- Most importantly the candidate will be willing to accomplish through will power, intelligence, and hard work.
- Mastery of CPM analytics and advertising campaign dynamics.
- Applicant must have a fair understanding of various large scale business verticals such as mortgage / debt consolidation / credit / real estate / travel / consumer products / business products / etc.
- Must be available to work full time, and must be easy to reach online and via phone. (Daily online availability is a must)
- Available for a phone interview and able start work on short notice.
- Applicant should be technologically minded.
- Strong computer skills including advanced experience with Windows, Microsoft Office Products, and a variety of Internet Applications such as FTP, Telnet, etc.
- Strong Understanding of Internet Applications, and Online Business Strategy.
- Powerful ability to negotiate.
- Must be highly persuasive and able to ask for high dollar amounts.
- Must follow all company policies precisely.
- Hard working and able to commit to long hours when required.
- Motivated to close high dollar sales and advance rapidly.
- Elevated use of language in both written and verbal form.
- Likeable and Confident Demeanor is a must.
- Must hold customer satisfaction in the highest regard.
- Quick wit and fast thinking in a high pressure environment.
- Able to flourish in a fast-paced, informal, high-energy start-up environment with strong personal composure and problem solving (and avoidance) skills.
- Superior organizational skills to successfully handle numerous customer requirements and data requests with exceptionally strong attention to detail.

Compensation
Compensation includes base salary and extensive incentive performance bonuses.
